1. When do I need permission from the Homeowners Association?

Any and all Construction, renovation/projects, landscape plans, revisions, not including flowers, must be approved through an application process to your HOA Architectural Review Committee and approved by the HOA Board of Directors before work commences.  Please see homepage and 'Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions for residential housing' section for more information.  All questions should be submitted to Omni Management Services concerning Residential Home/Land Alterations (Management Agent: This email address is being protected from spambots. 2. How do I login to the residents section of the Nevillewood HOA website?

A valid username and password is needed to login to the residents webpage.  If you are a Nevillewood homeowner and are NOT included in the Spring 2016 printed directory (and did NOT provide a valid e-mail address) but wish access to the online directory, you must submit a signed, completed Nevillewood Directory Form before your username and password will be approved/created.  Completed forms can be downloaded from our website and e-mailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or mailed to Omni Property Management Services, P.O. Box 688, Canonsburg, PA 15317
.  Your username and password will be mailed to the address on file.  Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.

To access the Management Company's Portal (Omni Management) to pay your yearly bill or assesment click here. There are also directions for Omni's Portal access on the Management Company's webpage (www.omni-property.com).  This portal is different from the HOA website you currently are accessing or login to view the Nevillewood homeowners directory.  Directions are attached here.

3. Who are the presidents of the subassociations within Nevillewood and how do I contact them?

4. Can I post a political sign in my yard?

One political sign can be installed at the property of a private residence 15 days prior to any general or primary election date and must be removed within 48 hours of said election date.  Any and all signs must be in accordance with the permitted style and color and must be of the step in variety.  Failure to confirm to the style, placement or permitted number of signs placed on a property will result in fines as established as a $500.00 initial fine plus $10.00 per day for each day that the infraction is in effect - See Policy Resolution #5.

5. When and Where does the Homeowners Association Board meet?

The Master Homeowners Association Board meets the 4th Wednesday of each month with the exception of November, December, January and February.  Business is conducted online during this four month period.  Any questions, clarifications or approvals are accepted and decided electronically.  If a formal meeting is needed, one will be conducted.

6. What areas does the Homeowners Association cover?

Covenant Control; Beautification; Irrigation of common areas as required; Landscaping common areas; Lighting of common areas as required by Collier Township; Public Safety Liason; Public Works Liason; Repair split rail fencing.

7. What are the common areas of our Nevillewood Community?

Nevillewood monuments; Street islands, Planting beds and grass throughout neighborhood.

8. How do I receive the Nevillewood Magazine?

Only residents living in Nevillewood can receive the Nevillewood magazine.  N2N Publishing produces our monthly magazine.  If you are not receiving the magazine, please contact Lisa Coma at N2pub at 412-913-6835.  Only addresses within Nevillewood are acceptable.  N2N Publishing also accepts advertisement for its publishing.  Contact Lisa for more information.

9. Can I post a 'For Sale Sign' in my yard?

The placement of "FOR SALE" signs is limited to two signs per property.  "For Sale" signs will be limited to one sign in the front of the property and one sign in the rear of the property. Any and all signs must be in accordance with the permitted style and color and must be of the step in variety. See Policy Resolution #4.

10. Can I post a place a 'POD' or storage container in my driveway?

The placement of storage containers (PODS) may be placed on the property for a time not to exceed seven (7) total days from the time the container is placed on the property.  Notification by the owner placing the container on the property must inform the management company as to the time and date of the placement for tracking purposes. See Policy Resolution #3.

11. When is garbage collection; When can I put my garbage out for pickup and Who do I contact if my garbage is not collected?

Garbage and refuse should be placed at the curb after 6PM on the day prior to collection and before 6AM the morning of scheduled collection.  Please call Public Waste Services at 412-429-2600 if your garbage has not been picked up on the scheduled day.  For a list of garbage collection dates and items, see links at top of Local Area Information (About Menu item--->Local Area Info) or click here:
